Q: Can you build to our voltage, capacity and connector?
Yes. We select cells, design the series/parallel layout, weld nickel tabs, add leads and your specified connector, and can integrate a protection board, harness and housing.
Q: Do you offer high-temperature and long-standby packs for E-Call?
We offer wide-temperature and low-self-discharge cell options suited to in-vehicle emergency backup that must stay ready over a long service life. Tell us your operating temperature range and standby requirement.
Q: What is the MOQ and lead time for a custom pack?
Pilot MOQ is flexible for development and validation; mass-production MOQ depends on cell model and customization. Quotes go out within 24 hours, prototypes are built to order, and series-production lead time is stable (around 15 days as a reference).
Q: Which certifications and documents are provided?
